Job Title: Secondary Flexible Teacher

Location: Fareham, Hampshire

Salary: £93 - £140 per day (Depending on experience)

Start Date: Immediate or Easter 2025

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Part-time can be arranged for the right candidate)

GSL Education are looking for a dedicated and passionate Secondary Teacher to join a thriving school in Fareham. This role offers flexibility, allowing full-time or part-time options depending on the right candidate's preference and availability.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects within the secondary curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Plan and assess lessons in line with school policies.
• Provide support to students with varying academic abilities.
• Maintain student progress records and communicate feedback effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.

Requirements of a Cover Teacher:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach across multiple subjects (flexibility required).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to start immediately or by Easter.
• Full-time availability (part-time considered for the right candidate).
• Enhanced DBS: Registered to the Updated Service or willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
