Secondary Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom when teachers are absent, ensuring lessons continue smoothly. Your role involves:
Delivering pre-set lesson plans to classes
Managing classroom behaviour confidently and calmly
Encouraging and supporting students to stay on task
Creating a positive, engaging environment
No formal qualifications needed — your life experience counts!
Flexible work — choose the days that suit you. If you want to work in the same school 5 days a week, we can look for that. If you want to do 2/3 days a week, that is also fine. If you are happy doing daily supply and working in various schools, that is also fine with us. We work with you and your availability.
Perfect for gaining experience in schools — ideal if you’re considering a future in teaching or education
Experience working with children or young people — this could be in a school, sports club, youth group, or similar setting
A good sense of humour and a positive personality — you’ll connect with students and staff alike
