THE ROLE
Joining us this autumn-winter season as a temporary stylist in one of our iconic stores means working in a buzzing, fashion-driven environment and inspiring our customers every day. It could also be a great springboard for your career with us, as many of our leaders started their journey as temporary stylists!
We are looking for people from all backgrounds who love making connections with customers and enjoy working with our beautiful and sustainable products. You'll be fully trained on our brand, processes, and systems to ensure you are set up for success.
Your role will involve working across all aspects of our store, from serving and styling our customers at our tills and fitting rooms to working backstage to get our products unpacked, processed, and looking amazing.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Spending the majority of your time on the shop floor in a busy, varied, fast-paced, and fun environment.
- Interacting with customers in-store or backstage to help them shop digitally.
- Styling customers in our latest collections, sharing detailed product knowledge, and providing an exceptional brand experience.
- Maintaining the store's aesthetic and ensuring product availability.
- Handling stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders while utilizing digital tools for a positive customer journey.
- Making service decisions to resolve customer issues while retaining their loyalty and trust.
- Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do and working as one AllSaints team.
- Supporting housekeeping and maintaining staff areas to the highest expectations.
- Working collaboratively with peers, seeking feedback to support your growth and development.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
- Friendly and attentive, with constant interaction with customers in-store and online.
- Awareness and knowledge of our brand, style, and values.
- Can-do attitude and enthusiasm for customer interaction.
- Good problem-solving techniques, able to work with pace and empathy.
- Tech-savvy, processing transactions and deliveries using digital tools.
- Awareness of brand campaigns and a passion for AllSaints.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A confident communicator.
- A love for fashion and the ability to be an ambassador for AllSaints.
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our standalone store in Glasgow Silverburn has been open since April 2024 and usually trades from 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM (subject to seasonal change). Our team loves the brand and enjoys working collaboratively to create a fun and vibrant atmosphere in-store.
