Are you an experienced retail manager with a passion for seasonal products and outdoor living? Do you have the leadership skills to step up and support a Garden Centre Manager when needed? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving garden centre group as a Seasonal & Leisure Manager.

About the Role:

As the Seasonal & Leisure Manager, you will be responsible for managing seasonal product lines, overseeing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will collaborate closely with the Garden Centre Manager to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage seasonal product displays and inventory.
2. Lead and train staff to provide excellent customer service.
3. Assist in the development of marketing strategies for seasonal promotions.
4. Monitor sales performance and report on trends.
5. Support the Garden Centre Manager in daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in retail management.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Passion for outdoor living and seasonal products.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
