OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -

1. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Hospitality & Catering
2. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
3. Experience within a food and beverage service outlet for a minimum of 1 year
4. Knowledge of working within a beverage-led environment
5. Ability to converse written and verbally in English

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -

1. Be responsible for helping to maintain a customer-focused culture which supports the values expressed in the Collections Ambition and the Collection’s business goals of profitability and service quality.
2. Establish and maintain effective and positive relationships within the team as well as other departments.
3. Comply with the resort’s Health and safety, Hygiene policies as well as all other resort policies and procedures.
4. Maintain an understanding and acceptance of the monthly budgets and a motivation to achieving these.
5. Maintain an understanding of the controls in place that monitor performance of the Department.
