Overview

Brothers Standard Striping LLC (a.k.a. Standard Striping/Paving & Concrete) has 1 position available for a full-time Seal Coating Foreman. Reliable transportation is necessary. Salary to be determined based on experience.

Responsibilities

A Seal Coating Foreman supervises and coordinates seal coat projects, including overseeing crews, equipment, and materials, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects, while also managing paper/digital work and having clear communication with management, scheduling team, office staff, crews, and customers.

  • Knowledge & Experience: Proven experience in seal coat operations. Strong understanding of seal coat materials, equipment, and techniques.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of workers.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding work.
  • Project Supervision: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of seal coat projects, both residential and commercial.
  • Crew Management: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of seal coat laborers, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of seal coat equipment (corresponding with Operations Manager for any repairs needed).
  • Scheduling & Planning: Corresponding with Scheduling Team to meet project deadlines and ensure efficient work-flow.
  • Quality Control & Safety: Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Ensure that all safety procedures are followed on the job site.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent clear and effective communication with the office staff/scheduling team to include Operations Manager, and crew members as well as customers.
  • Complete all necessary daily paper/digital work.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project. Consult with Operations Manager if needed.
  • Training: Assist with training new crew members on proper techniques and procedures.
