Job description

Join our team in our fishmonger/seafood bar near Marble Arch. March start. We are recruiting a new member of staff for the following schedule:

  1. Monday OFF
  2. Tuesday OFF
  3. Wednesday 17.00 to 23.00
  4. Thursday 11.00 to 23.00
  5. Friday 11.00 to 23.00
  6. Saturday 11.00 to 23.00
  7. Sunday OFF

Before you apply, please note the following:

  • Pay monthly, not weekly.
  • We do not offer cash in hand.
  • Only employ people with the right to work.
  • Fixed holidays (the first week of January, all of August).
  • You get 4 weeks holiday pay a year.

We are looking for someone with fish knowledge and cooking experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Doing mise en place
  • Cleaning your work station
  • Opening oysters
  • Preparing seafood platters
  • Making seafood and sea urchin linguini
  • Preparing and cooking fish dishes such as pasta and soup

You must love seafood. The salary is £12.50/£16 per hour depending on service charge.
