As the Sea Freight Logistics Sales Representative for our client's Cambridge Branch, you will be in a customer-facing role to develop and promote the growth of their sea logistics business.
Our Sea Logistics Sales Representatives have a clear focus on new business in the Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) segment. They have a thorough, up-to-date, and in-depth understanding of the trade-lane(s) in terms of the geography of the trade, and the service offerings such as sailings, transit times, reliability, specific country documentation regulations, local standards, operational requirements, as well as the type of industry/goods/commodity traded on particular routes. The Sea Logistics Sales spend most of their time in customer-facing activities, hunting for new business, and they work hand in hand with the Customer Care teammates.

For the Sea Sales Representative, based remotely close to Cambridge, you will be working and travelling around East of England, so you need to come from and/or know the region professionally. There is one mandatory office day per week on Mondays since that's when the team gathers.
