Role: Sales Development Representative

Location: Must be in London office four days per week

Salary: £25,400 basic, £16,200 for bonuses – uncapped & benefits

Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and support business growth through proactive outreach and engagement.

What you will do:

1. Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media to create new opportunities.
2. Work with Account Executives and Sales Managers to set up meetings and pass on qualified leads.
3. Keep track of outreach, prospect interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
4. Meet or exceed targets like calls, emails, and meetings booked.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Must have some level of sales experience (retail, consumer, B2B).
2. Must be driven & ambitious (demonstrate through reference, pastimes).
