Scrum Master- Risk Technology (m/f/d)

As a Scrum Master you’ll operate at Team level as a change agent with a passion for working with people and teams to help them reach their best and deliver outcomes.

We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our Agile practice as Scrum Master allocated to a multi-disciplinary squad delivering a range of transformation projects.

The Scrum Master will be the link between the Product Owner and Scrum Teams, ensuring Scrum framework values and Agile practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shape, scope and structure projects to create a platform for successful delivery, including the coordination of sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
2. Work with the Product Owners to define customer journey vision and design, handle product backlogs and new requests, ensuring effective prioritization.
3. Manage and coordinate project deliveries, project resources, remove blockers and coach the scrum team on Agile practices.
4. Work supportively and collaboratively with a complex stakeholder network to ensure alignment and prioritization.
5. Coordinate Release Management & Deployment ensuring changes are communicated to users.
6. Manage the QA process to ensure all changes are delivered to a high standard of quality.
7. Deliver robust governance and risk management in line with bank policies.
8. Monitor performance in terms of volumes and quality against plan and provide advice, guidance and recommend corrective action where necessary.
9. Ensure all activities are aligned to the strategy and core values.

Key Skills and Experience:

1. Experience of working within financial services institution (Ideally Risk domain).
2. Experience working in a scrum team and successfully delivering business projects.
3. Understanding and application of project delivery including planning and tracking, risk and issue management.
4. Excellent knowledge of the scrum framework including tools and techniques.
5. Effectiveness in leading, coaching and sharing best practice with colleagues.
6. Ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
7. Certified Scrum Master or working towards qualifying.
8. Experience utilizing project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro.
9. Strong knowledge of the financial services technology landscape.
10. Ability to collect and analyze information to solve complex problems.
