Rate: £33.25ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £25.26ph PAYE

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate and lead teams in transforming to Agile ways of working within our business. You'll support the team in solving difficult problems, uncovering challenges, managing relationships, and ensuring that our deliveries drive and exceed our standards e2e.

This role is a unique opportunity to help define, support, and grow the Agile performance within the business. In this role, you will be providing leadership and oversight on various projects of a complex nature, leading and being responsible for complex initiatives in cross-functional and cross-located teams.

You will also influence, motivate, and support other Scrum Masters and influence PO and Stakeholders to ensure teams are high performing, engaged, and delivering maximum value. You will be working closely with our multi-disciplined teams with opportunities to learn and enhance your career. You will have opportunities to contribute to the strategic direction of the products we deliver, as well as inspiring and influencing the wider organisation as we transform how we build vehicles and operate, together.

Skills Required:

• Experience in facilitating and leading teams in transforming to Agile ways of working.
• Support teams in solving difficult problems, uncovering challenges, managing relationships, and ensuring deliveries drive and exceed standards.
• Provide leadership and oversight on various projects of a complex nature.
• Lead and be responsible for complex initiatives in cross-functional and cross-located teams.
• Influence, motivate, and support other Scrum Masters and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate and engage with individuals within cross-functional teams at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Able to create and maintain a safe working environment for the team.

Experience Required:

• Experience of managing projects & backlogs in tools such as Confluence & JIRA.
• Scrum Master certification is desirable.

Experience Preferred:

• Automotive experience.
• Project Management and University Bachelor's Degree.

Additional Information:

Hybrid working: 2 Days a week in the office.

This role is INSIDE IR35.
