Scrum Master Maidstone, Kent WFH - Hybrid working
Scrum Master needed for a leading organisation based in Maidstone, Kent, who are looking to employ an experienced Scrum Master with an in-depth knowledge in leading Agile Software delivery teams.
The Salary Expectation For The Scrum Master
- Salary: c£50,000 - £55,000 per annum
- 25 day's holiday
- Pension Scheme
- Private Healthcare Scheme

- WFH - Mostly remote working - Must be able to visit the office 2-4 days per month
Some of the main duties of the Scrum Master will include:
- Leading Agile Software Development teams
- Development of reports and managing burn down charts
- Creating Product Backlog Items
- Running scrum events & Agile ceremonies
In Order To Be The Successful Scrum Master And Have a Chance To Gain Such An Exciting Opportunity You Will Ideally Need To Have The Following:
- Experience in a dedicated Scrum Master position
- Experience of leading Agile Software Development teams
- Azure DevOps
- Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services
- Jira
- Hands-on technical background in Software development and cloud infrastructure, Application development or Business Change
- Proven track record working on fast and complex projects
