Scrum Master

Large regulated services provider undergoing a digital transformation. Currently looking to recruit Scrum Masters who are passionate about making a difference in a fast-paced Agile delivery environment.

You'll make sure that your team lives by the principles of agile and values of Scrum, empowering them to become high performing to increase the productivity, transparency, frequency, and quality of delivery at pace.

Operating within SAFe framework you will drive delivery at pace in line with sprint cadences and synchronized reporting.

What You'll Do:

• Lead delivery within a SAFe Agile framework, ensuring pace and efficiency in the core replacement program.
• Empower your teams to adopt Scrum principles, fostering high performance, transparency, and quality delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and champion Agile practices to ensure successful, high-quality releases.
• Work with offshore/distributed teams, providing leadership and coordination.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience with SAFe Agile delivery at pace.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM1/2 or similar) and SAFe certification (Certified SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, with an ability to track and manage delivery.
• Leadership experience with offshore teams and exposure to Azure Cloud (highly desirable for one of the roles).
