Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to join our Financial Services sector. You will be experienced in project/people management and implementation using Agile Methodology within a software environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership and progression of assigned projects, including hands-on delivery of technical integration work
• Progression of information capture and project tasks in conjunction with local teams, while understanding that other teams have BAU responsibilities that may take precedence
• Creation of project boards and tasks using Asana, and the resulting resourcing discussions with other teams
• Ensuring project governance is adhered to with escalation of non-conformance
• Successful project handover from project implementation and delivery to in-life support

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in delivering solutions for Financial Services sector is highly desirable
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics technologies

Certification:

• Must be Scrum Master certified.
• Preferred certifications: CSM, PSM I, PSM II, PSPO, PSFS, or PSK.

Agile & Scrum Expertise:

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
• Ability to coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Change & Project Management Tools:

• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
• Ability to configure and manage workflows in Agile project management tools.
