MQube is a second-stage Fintech Start-Up, revolutionising the Mortgage world with our micro-serviced, AI-based solutions. Our software epitomises bleeding-edge innovation. We are a young, dynamic company based between Leeds and Guildford, where technology innovators are given a chance to flex their prowess and shine.
However, innovation benefits from organisation, which is where you’ll come in.
Ideally, you should have 1+ years’ commercial experience, having worked on software development projects, appreciating Agile, and understanding the full SDLC. You may have some relevant qualifications, but real-world experience is better.
This is essentially a junior scrum master role but in a start-up style, involving management reporting, stakeholder interaction, product analysis, and requirements awareness/adjustment.
We’d like you to take the reins on our current scrum processes and understand and improve them. This role is perfect for a sharp individual who knows they can add more to a tech-based organisation but might feel they aren’t in the right place to do so.
You’ll be helping a youthful energetic team perform to their best abilities and requires an all-hands-on-deck awareness and mindset.
