Job Title: Scrub Nurse

Location: Stoke

Type: Full time/Permanent

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Dream Medical are working with a Private Hospital in Stoke and are looking for an exceptional Scrub Nurse to join their multi-disciplinary team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be based in a modern, purpose built hospital that has the most contemporary medical equipment available.

Working in this pressured environment as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team, you'll know that this role requires high levels of focus and engagement. You'll work on a varied caseload using technology alongside some of the UK's best clinicians.

Your key accountabilities will be:
  1. Supervising and supporting clinical support staff and junior staff in the delivery of care, providing education, training and mentorship to meet development needs.
  2. Delivering high quality patient care, which is clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate.
  3. Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care as part of a collaborative programme.
Qualifications, skills and values:
  • Theatre nurse qualification & experience.
  • NMC Registration & Pin.
  • BLS/ALS.

You'll be an excellent communicator and team worker - flexible and motivated. You'll feel part of the wider hospital team and understand the importance of continuity in patient care.
