Salary: GBP12 - GBP12.6 per hour

Blue Arrow are currently looking for a mechanic to work with us based in Chelmsford.

Our client is one of the first emission-free vehicle distributers, helping cities across the world move towards a sustainable future.

For this role:

1. You will repair and maintain our e-scooters/e-bikes and ensure that our fleet is always roadworthy and in good technical condition.
2. You carry out regular safety tests on our scooters.
3. You are jointly responsible for the organisation and order in your workshop.
4. You have already gained your first professional experience as a two-wheeler or car mechanic or are a career changer with technical, mechanical or manual skills.
5. You are an absolute team player, keen to learn and share your knowledge with others.
6. Able to work one weekend in 4 on a regular basis.

Minimum requirements:

1. No formal qualification needed.
2. The ability to use hand tools.
3. Be a fast learner.
4. The ability to problem solve electrical issues logically.
5. Reliability and punctuality.
