Job Title: Science Teacher
Location: Bourne
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start Date: After Easter 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking for a Science Teacher to join a well-respected school in Bourne. You will be part of a friendly and well-equipped department that is dedicated to providing great learning experiences for students.

As a Science Teacher, you will teach fun and interesting lessons to students. You will make Science exciting by using hands-on experiments, real-life examples, and your enthusiasm for the subject to inspire young learners.

Your Main Responsibilities:

1. Teach exciting and engaging Science lessons to students in any Key Stages.
2. Encourage and inspire students to reach their full potential in Science.
3. Plan and assess lessons following the national curriculum.
4. Support the school community and contribute to the development of the Science department.

What We re Looking For:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
3. Strong knowledge of Science.
4. Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4.
5. A passion for education and the ability to inspire students.
6. A current CV and an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
