Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum

GSL Education Lincolnshire is recruiting a Science Teacher for a reputable secondary school in Grimsby. If you are passionate about inspiring young minds and delivering engaging Science lessons, this is an excellent opportunity.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver KS3 and KS4 Science lessons that encourage curiosity and critical thinking.
2. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
3. Maintain high standards of classroom management and behavior.
4. Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development.
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an engaging learning environment.

Requirements:

1. QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
2. Specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics is preferred.
3. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
4. Effective communication and classroom management skills.
5. Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire.
6. Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
