A Science Teacher is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in West London.

This Science Teacher position will be full time and long term.

If appointed as a Science Teacher, you will need to teach Year 7 to Year 11 classes.

The rates of pay for this Science Teacher role will be between £160 to £270 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School

An Ofsted rated 'Good' Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form, located in the London Borough of Hounslow. Established in 1968, the school now educates more than 1300 pupils. It has a wide catchment area, including intake for pupils from Kensington and Chelsea, Richmond, and Hammersmith and Fulham. Roughly 50% of the pupils have English as a second language.

Requirements

Applications are welcome if you are a recently qualified Science Teacher or an experienced Science Teacher. You are also encouraged to apply if you are a British trained Science Teacher or an overseas trained Science Teacher. All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position as a Science Teacher:

1. Right to work in the UK
2. UK QTS or an overseas equivalent
3. Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
4. Experience as a Science Teacher in UK schools
