Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and accessible Science lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
2. Differentiating lesson materials to meet individual student needs and abilities.
3. Foster a supportive and structured classroom environment that encourages student progress.
4. Implement behaviour management strategies in line with academy policies.
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum planning and student outcomes.
6. Provide feedback and assess student progress, identifying areas for development.

What We're Looking For:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in science.
2. Experience teaching Science at secondary level, with the ability to teach Biology at KS4.
3. A passion for supporting students with additional educational needs.
4. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
5. A flexible and resilient approach to teaching in an alternative provision setting.
