Pay scaleGrade 9 Scp 27 -34.
What skills and experience we're looking forThe successful candidate will be a valued staff member who will interact with a range of stakeholders including staff, governors, parents, pupils, and other advisors. They will have a close working partnership with the existing SBM, with both reporting to the Co-Headteachers. They will need to be highly organised, work well as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
- CSBM qualification, although this is not essential, candidates should have a willingness to undertake the qualification or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Sound experience of financial management.
- A good understanding and knowledge of human resources management and payroll.
- An understanding of facilities management, including health and safety.
- An ability to identify, research and develop, cost and implement new initiatives.
