An established industry player is seeking a dedicated School Effectiveness Officer to enhance the quality of education in Church of England schools. Location: East Sussex/Hybrid
Salary: £55,000-£58,000 pro rata
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week or part-time, 30 hours per week (flexible working)

As a result of the retirement of two members of the Education team, there is a full-time and a part-time role (0.8) available from September. We are seeking candidates who can support the development of school improvement and Christian distinctiveness provision across Church of England schools and academies.
