Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the school's budget by preparing, tracking, and reporting all money spent.
2. Processing invoices, payments, and receipts to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
3. Managing the school's payroll to ensure staff are paid correctly and on time, including any necessary deductions.
4. Preparing and updating financial reports, including income and expense details, to show the school's financial situation.
5. Ensuring the school follows financial rules and standards and assisting with audits when needed.

Key Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Finance Officer, ideally in education.
2. Good understanding of financial rules, accounting software, and VAT.
3. Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills with students and staff.
