School Crossing Officer - Danbury Park Community School

£12.10 per hour

STOP! Come and support your local community by joining Essex County Council's School Crossing Patrol Team as a School Crossing Patrol Officer at Danbury Park Community School, Well Lane, Danbury CM3 4AB.
Support schools once in the morning and once in the afternoon, ensuring the safety of all pedestrians crossing the road to and from school and its surrounding locations.
We are looking for a punctual and reliable individual, who is approachable and enjoys engaging with the public.
This position is for 7.5 hours approximately, with a holiday pay element included. You will need to be available to work during the 39 weeks of the academic year, for 45 minutes between 08:00 - 09:00 in the morning and 45 minutes between 14:45 - 15:45 in the afternoon approximately, depending on individual site requirements. Uniform, equipment, and training will be provided.
