Position: Scheme Manager

Location: Hadleigh, Ipswich (Various locations with expectations of travel)

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week to be worked to meet the needs of the service.

About you

Do you have previous experience working in care, managing a team and want to use these skills to develop further and take the lead?

This is an opportunity for a pro-active Scheme Manager to join an evolving Care Company and manage our residential living scheme in Ipswich. You will need:

• Previous care management experience, preferably within a supported living environment.
• Hold or be working towards a NVQ Level 5 Diploma or have a suitable alternative qualification.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
• Evidence that you can provide inspiring, motivational, clear, and supportive leadership.

About The Service

Ipswich is currently in our portfolio and we have developments within the area and this is a chance for someone to manage the services along with the growth from the offset. We specialize in small homes for people with learning disabilities/complex needs.

We are looking for an experienced Scheme Manager with a track record in managing services, staff teams and HR knowledge along with a healthy care and support background.

Our properties are in close proximity to each other. We offer diverse and person-centred services to meet the needs of each individual, providing supported living within a scheme or in individual settings.

We support a diverse set of individuals with varying diagnoses, working with the local authority to identify and meet the needs of the people we support.
