Day To Day

This role will be to work as part of a team for a contractor who are delivering repairs and maintenance services to the social housing sector. Previous experience in this role is essential, you must have construction or maintenance experience.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
  • Experience of scheduling in planned or reactive maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Confident in speaking with tenants and trades to arrange meetings
  • IT Literate, with experience of using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Office based role with parking available
