£25,000 - £27,000

Hamilton Woods Associates are working with a leading contractor in the renewable energy sector in Sandwell that is recruiting for a Scheduler on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Scheduler include:

1. Liaising with customers and engineers to schedule in works such as boiler upgrades, cavity wall insulation and air source heat pumps.
2. Keeping customers up to date with any changes and progress of repairs.
3. Re-booking in cancelled appointments.
4. Managing all associated administration.

Requirements of the Scheduler include:

1. Scheduling experience of a field nature e.g., as engineer, electricians, builders.
2. Strong IT skills.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Experience working within social housing/construction/retrofit environments would be advantageous.
