Job summary

An established industry player is seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join their dynamic team in Bradford. Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working with a leading employer in Bradford to recruit an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join their busy team.


Reporting into the lead Planner, you will be expected to coordinate effectively & efficiently the day-to-day activities of a team of Field Service Engineers in a given Geography, ensuring customer requirements & SLA's are achieved and exceeded.


Responsibilities
  1. Receiving incoming calls and emails from customers for service and breakdown calls
  2. Planning/scheduling and processing routine service/breakdown calls
  3. Processing & invoicing calls
  4. Creating service plans
  5. Daily communication with a small team of FSE
  6. Quoting customers for additional works
  7. Highlighting & forwarding opportunities to relevant departments
  8. Maintaining & updating customer details on a CRM system
  9. Coordination with others in the team to ensure efficient use of all FSE
  10. Stock control for the FSE team
  11. Proactive communication to service customers

The Person

Forward planning, excellent communication skills, computer literacy, organisational skills, teamwork, and previous experience in a similar role beneficial but not essential.
