    • Regularly assess and address vulnerabilities using tools like Windows Defender, and ensure alignment with NCSC and other relevant standards.
  5. Collaboration and Mentoring:
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering skill development and promoting knowledge-sharing within the team.
  6. Cloud Integration:
    • Manage hybrid infrastructure, optimizing the integration between on-premise and cloud resources (specifically Azure).
    • Implement security and management solutions for cloud-based services (Azure AD, Virtual Machines, backup solutions).
  7. Automation and Optimization:

  8. Disaster Recovery and Continuity:
    • Design and maintain disaster recovery plans, manage backup systems, and ensure business continuity for critical services.
  9. Performance Monitoring:
    • Leverage tools like Azure Monitor to ensure high availability and optimal performance of IT systems, conducting regular reviews for capacity planning.
  10. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Create and maintain clear documentation on system architecture, configurations, and operational processes.
    • Provide regular reports on system performance, compliance, and incident resolution to stakeholders.
