Company Introduction

We are looking for an SC Cleared Salesforce Admin / Developer to join our client, one of the most exciting central government departments.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. Configuration and Customization: Configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business requirements, including objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
2. User and License Management: Creating and managing users, profiles, roles, and permission sets. Assigning licenses and ensuring optimal user access.
3. Data Management: Maintaining data quality, importing and exporting data, and performing data cleansing and deduplication.
4. Security and Access Control: Implementing security measures to protect sensitive data, managing access controls, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
5. Reporting and Analytics: Creating reports and dashboards to track key metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to stakeholders.
6. Training and Support: Providing training and support to end users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
7. System Maintenance: Performing regular system maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting issues, applying updates, and monitoring system performance.
8. Collaboration: Working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
