SC Cleared Network Engineer

SC Cleared Network Engineer - circa £50,000-£60,000 per annum pending on experience - plus bonus, pension, private medical - Full time on site in Hampshire (5 days per week)

My client is a Defence SME looking for a number of DV Cleared Network Engineers to join them on a permanent basis.

Essential Skills:

Implementation and Support of:

1. Wide Area Network Architecture
2. Network Routing Protocols - OSPF, BGP
3. Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) and Network Security Infrastructure - e.g. IKEv2, NGFWs
4. Creating configuration guides and implementing from High Level and Low Level Designs

Desirable Skills:

Implementation and Support of:

1. Data Centre Network Architecture - Spine/Leaf Fabric, EVPN, BGP, Geneve
2. High Assurance IP Encryptors (HAIPE)
3. Infrastructure Automation and Orchestration technologies (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
4. Whitebox Network Infrastructure (e.g. Mellanox, Cumulus Linux, Nvidia Networking)
5. Support and Troubleshooting of NSX
6. Cisco CCNP or equivalent experience
