SC Cleared Agile Coach

We are recruiting for an SC Cleared (ideally defence) Agile Coach on contract. The role will be based 2 days per week in our Preston offices and 3 days remote.

Reasonable travel dependent on customer needs at customer discretion.

Days on site: Two, at least - can be managed with customer.

SC Clearance required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agile Systems Development.
2. Experience in Coaching at a Portfolio level (Scaled Agile Framework).
3. Able to guide and influence Agile Delivery Teams, their Managers, and Middle Management.
4. Suggest and communicate numerous Agile strategies in a complex business environment, beyond just setting up Scrum/Kanban Teams.
5. Instruct the customer on appropriate metrics to be gathered and presented to enable decision making and show progress.
6. Be fluent in Jira to advise on metrics and light configuration.
7. Demonstrable experience at an enterprise level.
8. Experience of leading the restructuring of an organisation.
9. Underpinned with an Agile accreditation - could be expired.
