Hours: Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Assistant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic, and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Duties will include:

• Ensuring properties are secure after viewings.
• Reporting on any need for repairs or lack of security at properties, returning keys immediately after each showing.
• Qualifying applicants to assess their financial status prior to arranging viewings.
• Promoting properties and services effectively to achieve targets.
• Feeding back to the relevant managers/consultants on applicants’ needs and adding notes to our in-house systems.

Skills Required:

• Positive engagement/customer service.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
