Saturday Chef

(term time plus 6 weeks – 35 weeks in total)

Reporting to the Head Chef, the Chef will prepare all food for the catering service whilst complying with legislation and maintaining Roedean’s standards of hygiene, quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all food for the catering service.
  • Comply with legislation and maintain standards of hygiene, quality and presentation.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Levels 1 & 2 in professional cookery (or equivalent).
  • City & Guilds 706-3 and/or NVQ Level 3 in professional cookery would be an advantage.

Hours: Saturdays (6am – 6.30pm).

Salary: £30,507 per annum pro rata.
