SAP Training Manager

  Day Rate: £700 - £750 (Inside IR35)

Forsyth Barnes is seeking an experienced SAP Training Manager for a 12-month contract based in London (1 day per week onsite). This role is pivotal to shaping and delivering effective training strategies within a large-scale SAP project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP training programs, primarily focused on finance professionals.
• Work closely with the project lead to align the training with business requirements and SAP project goals.
• Oversee a network of trainers to ensure effective and consistent delivery across all training modules.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and consultancies to ensure the training approach meets client expectations.
• Report directly to the project lead, with occasional senior client engagement.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Training Lead within SAP programs, with a deep understanding of SAP-specific requirements.
• Strong background in training rather than change management.
• Experience working on SAP finance modules preferred; SAP project experience is critical, rather than success factors.
• Prior experience collaborating with consultancies is advantageous.
• Ability to shape and deliver training strategies effectively across large organizations.
