Position

We are looking for a talented SAP Test Lead. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end testing lifecycle for SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts. You will work closely with project managers, functional and technical consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Lead the test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management for SAP projects (ECC, S/4HANA, and other SAP modules).
2. Define and manage test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios (including SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing).
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into effective test cases.
4. Manage offshore and onshore test teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
5. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
6. Drive the use of test automation tools and frameworks where applicable.
7. Track and report testing metrics, risks, and issues to project leadership.
8. Ensure compliance with internal QA policies, industry standards, and client requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. A Proven experience (10+ years) as a Test Lead in SAP environments.
2. Hands-on experience with testing SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, and/or S/4HANA.
3. Experience in SAP test automation tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, HP ALM, Worksoft, or similar).
4. Strong understanding of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
5. Ability to lead, mentor, and manage testing teams (onshore/offshore).
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Experience working within consulting or client-facing environments is highly desirable.
8. Working experience in Supports tools & maintaining customer SLA.
9. SAP PM System monitoring for any Abnormality / Early warning.
10. Should be able to provide Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Ad hoc reports.
11. Good in MS office application like, Excel, Word, Power point etc.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. ISTQB Certified (or equivalent testing certifications)
2. SAP certification(s)
3. Experience with non-SAP integration testing (e.g., Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Workday)
4. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, finance, utilities)

Preferences:

1. Experience in Oil & Gas
2. Exposure to Winshuttle / Prometheus / RPA
