SAP Technical Project Manager

UK - you must be living in the UK and eligable for Security Clearance.

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned SAP Technical Project Manager to lead an S/4HANA Rise implementation . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale technical services for an SAP project, particularly in the S/4HANA environment, and will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the S/4HANA Rise project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure alignment of project goals and expectations.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and ensure that all technical aspects of the S/4HANA Rise project are effectively managed and delivered according to best practices.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Resource Management: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project.
• Budget Management: Manage the project budget, ensuring that the project is delivered within financial constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Reporting: Regularly report project status, progress, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 5 years in managing S/4HANA projects.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, particularly in the context of the Rise with SAP offering.
• Project Management Skills: Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex SAP implementation projects.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
