Job Description:

Our client is seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors - Product Manager to come on board and provide their expertise and experience to this new exciting permanent position.

Role Overview

This role will take ownership of the SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring seamless service delivery, enhancing system capabilities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize value from SAP investments. The successful candidate will work closely with HR teams, business process owners, and IT stakeholders to align the platform with business needs, optimize functionality, and lead future developments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead SAP SuccessFactors service delivery across 19+ countries and over 4,000 employees.
2. Own the relationship with AMS delivery partners to ensure best-practice support.
3. Align SAP operations with ITIL standards, driving incident, problem, and change management.
4. Work with HR leadership to prioritize and implement functional enhancements.
5. Define and execute an SAP product strategy and roadmap for long-term optimization.
6. Support stakeholder engagement across IT, HR, and business teams to drive SAP adoption.
7. Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to ensure seamless SAP integrations.
8. Maintain SAP security, compliance, and governance standards.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a strategic and technically capable SAP professional with strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise IT environments. Key requirements include:

1. 5 years + of SAP Product Management experience, ideally within SuccessFactors.
2. Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and integrations.
3. Ability to drive SAP service delivery in a complex, multi-country business environment.
4. Stakeholder management expertise, working across IT, HR, and external partners.
5. Knowledge of ITIL processes, Agile methodologies, and DevOps frameworks.
6. Experience in vendor management, service governance, and continuous improvement.
7. SAP or ITIL certifications are desirable.

Terms & Location

Permanent role, reporting to the Head of EMEA Applications Centre of Excellence.

Hybrid working model with a minimum of two days per week in the office. We would also consider locating outside of London, ideally Manchester, Glasgow (lower cost base options), and/or Poland/Romania.
