We are working with a global IT Consultancy who partner with organisations to deliver innovative projects across various sectors.

We are seeking a seasoned Snr SAP Project Delivery Manager who can take ownership of delivering complex SAP transformation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on data migration and integration.

This role requires a dynamic professional who can build strong customer relationships, drive project execution, and align stakeholders across global teams. You will also play a key role in managing relationships with SAP and identifying opportunities to expand within existing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Project Management - Oversee the successful delivery of SAP transformation projects, focusing on data migration, system integration, and harmonization activities.
2. Stakeholder Alignment - Engage and align senior stakeholders across large-scale, multinational organizations to ensure smooth project delivery.
3. Client Communication - Effectively communicate project roadmaps, deliverables, and progress to customers, ensuring clarity and confidence in execution.
4. Vendor Relationship Management - Act as the primary point of contact with SAP, ensuring collaboration and alignment to support project outcomes.
5. Account Development - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts, with a focus on delivering value.
6. Team Leadership - Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project goals.
7. Execution-Focused - Prioritize delivering results over sales activities while remaining alert to opportunities for upselling as part of project delivery.

Skills & Experience Required

1. Proven background in working on multi-national SAP project delivery.
2. Extensive experience managing SAP transformation projects, particularly those involving data migration and integration.
3. Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within global enterprises.
4. Proven experience in delivering projects involving international, cross-functional teams.
5. Expertise in managing vendor relationships, particularly with SAP or similar enterprise software providers.
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a customer-centric approach to project delivery.
7. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and drive opportunities for account expansion.
8. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and related technologies.
9. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and SAP transformation tools.
10. Background in consulting or delivering large-scale SAP programs for enterprise clients.
