We are working with a global IT Consultancy who partner with organisation to deliver innovative projects across various sectors.

We are seeking a seasoned Snr SAP Project Delivery Manager who can take ownership of delivering complex SAP transformation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on data migration and integration.

This role requires a dynamic professional who can build strong customer relationships, drive project execution, and align stakeholders across global teams. You will also play a key role in managing relationships with SAP and identifying opportunities to expand within existing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management - Oversee the successful delivery of SAP transformation projects, focusing on data migration, system integration, and harmonization activities.
• Stakeholder Alignment - Engage and align senior stakeholders across large-scale, multinational organizations to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Client Communication - Effectively communicate project roadmaps, deliverables, and progress to customers, ensuring clarity and confidence in execution.
• Vendor Relationship Management - Act as the primary point of contact with SAP, ensuring collaboration and alignment to support project outcomes.
• Account Development - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts, with a focus on delivering value.
• Team Leadership - Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project goals.
• Execution-Focused - Prioritize delivering results over sales activities while remaining alert to opportunities for upselling as part of project delivery.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven background in working on multi- SAP project delivery.
• Extensive experience managing SAP transformation projects, particularly those involving data migration and integration.
• Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within global enterprises.
• Proven experience in delivering projects involving international, cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in managing vendor relationships, particularly with SAP or similar enterprise software providers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a customer-centric approach to project delivery.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and drive opportunities for account expansion.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and related technologies.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and SAP transformation tools.
• Background in consulting or delivering large-scale SAP programs for enterprise clients.
