Brief Summary of the Role:

Our client is running a huge business and system transformation, including multiple areas (S/4, Ariba) from a global design phase until the rollout in more than 10+ countries within Europe. This program will direct report into the C-Level board, and we are looking for a program director to interface with the board.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing a business transformation program from a C-Level relationship perspective
• Connecting to the different C-Levels of the program and aligning on the governance of the program and the way forward
• Heavy focus on C-Level stakeholder management for the transformation program and navigating in a politically challenging environment
• Manage and own the Steering Committee
• Manage the delivery and cost of the program
• Change Management and negotiating program changes with the board
• Collaboration with the business program director on the client side to successfully deliver the program

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in delivering application development and product implementation projects.
• Experience in implementing an ERP or large solution
• Experience in managing Java and Cloud-based projects, preferably in Agile methodologies.
• Well-versed with Project Management principles and understanding of front-ending with customers from offshore.
• Experience in creating and managing project plans using the Microsoft Project Plan (MPP) tool
• Customer-facing role experience and participation in governance calls
• Experience in handling all phases of the project from initiation to closure
• Extensive experience in managing Java/web-based development projects
• Considerable experience with scheduling, tracking, and time management
• Ability to work from our client's Heathrow office (London) a minimum of 3 days a week
• A Project Management certification is required, such as PMP or Prince2 Practitioner

Desired Skills include but are not limited to:

• Executed at least two full SAP lifecycle transformations in a leading role with exposure to S4/Hana
• C-Level proficiency
• Stakeholder management in complex environments and business transformations
• English fluency is mandatory
