Job description

Masentó SAP are working with a client based in Europe that requires an experienced SAP HCM Consultant on an initial 6-month freelance basis. This will be a fully remote project with some occasional on-site work in central Europe on an ad-hoc basis - for UK, it will fall inside IR35.

Our client is looking for an SAP HCM Specialist to lead our team through a carve-out project, separating HR systems and processes with precision and efficiency.

Skills & Responsibilities:
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration, and support, with a focus on carve-out projects preferred.
  • Drive the end-to-end carve-out process for SAP HCM modules, including Time Management, Payroll Accounting & Compensation.
  • Ability to lead SAP HCM end-to-end solutions.
  • Deep understanding of SAP HCM modules and integration points.
  • Strong in HCM Core processes PA, OM and corresponding configurations (Hire2Retire etc.).
  • Able to run Compensation cycle in HCM.
  • Design and guide technical team to develop interfaces, IDOC between SAP and other vendor systems - preparation of development requests.
