SAP Communications Lead - German Speaking - 24 Month Contract - S/4HANA

bluewaveSELECT are currently working with a trusted client to engage with the right SAP Communications Lead to support their ongoing S/4HANA programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive communication plan aligned with the project phases, stakeholder needs, and change management objectives.
• Craft clear, targeted messaging for various stakeholder groups (executives, business users, IT, etc.) to ensure alignment, buy-in, and awareness throughout the project life cycle.
• Produce high-impact materials such as newsletters, FAQs, executive briefings, video updates, and Intranet content to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Collaborate with Change Management and Training Leads to align messaging with business readiness activities, training rollouts, and go-live support.
• Oversee internal communication platforms, facilitate two-way communication, and monitor feedback to adapt messaging and address concerns proactively.

Background:

• Must have 10-15 years of SAP Communications experience
• S/4HANA Implementation exposure
• Pharma/GxP industry experience
• German/English speaking
• Experience on large scale global projects
