Position
Position: Full time: 35hr per week
Location: Minimum 2 days per week at our Crawley office.
This is an exciting new opportunity to support and elevate results across our brilliant global sales teams through developing and delivery of high-quality sales and Salesforce training. Working closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and demonstrate Salesforce solutions to improve business processes and performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Training Development and Delivery – Working closely with key stakeholders, you will design & deliver a range of comprehensive training workshops, programmes and coaching both virtually and in person relating to sales and Salesforce and measure the success of the programmes.
- Induction of New Salespeople – You’ll design and conduct ongoing induction & onboarding programmes for new sales staff, introducing them to the organisation’s sales standards methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and high performance across the sales team
- Stakeholder Collaboration – You will work closely with business partners, the HR team, Salesforce product manager, the technical salesforce team and non-technical business users to translate business needs into technical solutions that enhance commercial outcomes
- Coaching and Support for Commercial Managers – You will coach commercial managers on effectively using Salesforce to manage their teams, track performance, and drive sales results while supporting them to leverage Salesforce tools to monitor team activities, pipeline management, and reporting to achieve their sales target. You will work with HR on monitoring performance and impact and addressing learning needs.
- Continuous Improvement – You will stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices along with championing the adoption of new features and enhancements. You will also monitor and report on training effectiveness and Salesforce usage metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to the SMT.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting – Assist in the development and implementation of Salesforce best practices across the organisation, promoting consistent and effective use and compliance.
- Documentation and Reporting – You will be efficiently managing administrative tasks such as training records, schedules and user progress alongside presenting reports on training programmes, user adoption, and system performance with a focus on how these metrics impact commercial success.
Requirements
What you’ll need
- Comprehensive sales experience
- Advanced user experience of Salesforce
- Successful experience of working in and with commercial teams,
- Confident presenting skills both individually and in large groups
- Ability to translate technical information into practical, user-friendly training.
- Coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills, or willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with multiple stakeholders.
