Our client, a fast-growing and innovative company, is seeking a Salesforce Tech Team Lead to join their team. This is a player/manager role, where you'll balance leading a team with hands-on contribution to Salesforce solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.


2. Technical Oversight: Provide hands-on support for Salesforce development and administration, ensuring best practices are followed.


3. Roadmapping & Strategy: Define and drive the Salesforce roadmap, aligning with business goals.


4. Project Oversight: Manage multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.


5. Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee budgeting for Salesforce initiatives and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors.


6. Process Improvement: Continuously refine and enhance Salesforce workflows, integrations, and automation.

What We're Looking For:

1. Strong experience in Salesforce administration and development.


2. Previous experience leading a Salesforce team or mentoring junior team members.


3. Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.


4. Experience with roadmapping, project planning, and vendor management.


5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


6. A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvements.
