As a Salesforce Technical Architect you will:

• Work as part of an integrated Accenture and client team, defining, architecting, designing, delivering and deploying leading Salesforce-based solutions to our clients.
• Develop your leadership and consulting skills whilst delivering Salesforce at scale, to deliver measurable client value in some of the most dynamic and challenging environments.
• Drive creativity and innovation in solutions to deliver value for clients and Accenture.
• Support pre-sales activities including shaping and presenting solutions, and estimating and planning for delivery.
• Develop further skills in Salesforce, solutioning, project management, and client engagement through hands-on experience and training.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Direct client-facing Salesforce technical consulting experience.
• Proven hands-on experience architecting, designing, building and delivering integrated solutions based on Salesforce clouds and leading ecosystem products.
• Multiple Salesforce certifications with progress towards Technical Architect and/or Solution Architect certifications.
• Ability to architect compelling yet robust Salesforce solutions at multiple levels, from high-level application landscape down to design of specific features and functionality.
• Proven ability to identify and assess solution options, and make recommendations to clients based on structured approach and leading practices while navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Understanding and experience addressing the key architecture concerns (aka the architecture “-ilities” i.e. scalability, performance, availability, security, maintainability, operability, recoverability) in the context of Salesforce.
• Ability to engage with clients at all levels in a business centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue.
• Desire to mentor, teach, and help develop next generation of Salesforce architects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments, thriving in dynamic, collaborative teams.

Set yourself apart:

• Industry-specific knowledge and experience leveraging leading Salesforce and ecosystem industry solutions.
• Evidence of bringing emerging solutions and innovations – such as GenAI – to deliver value for clients.
• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect (CTA) and/or Solution Architect certifications.
• Pre-sales solution architecture experience (including solution shaping, and delivery estimation and planning).
• Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, experience and network.
• Active Salesforce community participation and contributions.
