Role: Salesforce Service Cloud

Location: London

Salary: GBP 60k per annum

Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications to meet business requirements.

Design and implement workflows, automation, and integrations with other systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Create and maintain technical documentation for Service Cloud configurations and customizations.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Cloud applications.

Stay updated on Salesforce Service Cloud features and recommend improvements.

Ensure data integrity and security within the Service Cloud platform.

Requirements:

Strong experience in Salesforce development, particularly within the Service Cloud module.

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Knowledge of customer service processes and best practices.

Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
