We are currently recruiting a Salesforce Senior Engineering Lead to join our team. If you are an experienced Salesforce professional who would love a hands-on team lead role, this role is for you.

This role is based in London and requires travel to the client's office 3 times/week.

Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

• Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop Salesforce solutions using Angular and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Customize standard Salesforce objects and create custom objects, fields, and relationships as needed.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Develop triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes for scalable solutions.
• Test the stability and functionality of the application in the DEV environment.
• Use an Agile approach to manage incoming requirements via Tasks, bugs, user stories via tickets.
• Support system migrations, including Sandbox-to-Production deployments, version control, and change management processes.

The experience you will need to demonstrate:

• Experience in cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Experience with CSS/HTML.
• Proficiency in Angular and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Salesforce Configuration and Customization experience.
• Version control experience.
• JavaScript.
• SQL.
