Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities for the Salesforce Product Manager include:

1. Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
3. Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices
4. Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce system capabilities to enhance donor/supporter relationships
5. Drive user adoption by providing training, documentation, and ongoing support
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
7. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions

Skills

As the Salesforce Product Manager we are looking for someone with the following skills:

1. Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
2. Proficient with Salesforce's Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
3. Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects from inception to launch
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience Requirements

- Experience in agile project management methodologies.
- Proven experience in a Salesforce Product Manager or similar role.
